You can request deletion of your The Escrow Realty account at any time. Here is how to do it and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Two ways to delete your account
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose “Delete account”. Confirm the prompt to submit your request.
By email
Prefer to email? Send a request from your registered email address to support@theescrowrealty.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
What happens to your data
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
Your profile, contact details, saved searches, and account credentials are permanently removed.
Retained
Records tied to completed escrow transactions, payments, and KYC verification are retained where required by law and anti-fraud obligations, then deleted once those retention periods lapse.
