Verification documents you submit for KYC, which are stored securely with our document partner and used solely to verify your identity.
Transaction data related to properties, escrow contracts, deposit holds, and payments you initiate.
2. How we use your information
To provide the service — authenticating you, listing and browsing properties, and processing escrow and deposit-hold transactions.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-fraud and identity verification.
3. Payment data
Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment provider. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Seller payout details are encrypted at rest and only accessible to authorised compliance staff via an audited process.
4. Your rights
You can access and update your profile at any time from your account settings, and request deletion subject to our legal retention obligations.
